Sian
Bostwick has been shortlisted as a New Designer in the prestigious UK
Jewellery awards 2014.
The
UK Watch and Jewellery awards have, for over 20 years, been the most
prestigious awards event in the jewellery industry's calendar. The
awards celebrate the most talented stars of the jewellery industry,
from individual designers to standout brands and multiple, boutique
and independent retailers. The UK Jewellery Awards remain the most
coveted industry accolade and recognises and celebrates excellence in
all areas of the UK jewellery industry.
The
New Designer category recognises the brightest rising stars of the UK
jewellery world.
The
shortlist cements Sian Bostwick Jewellery place within the jewellery
industry as a rising talent and jewellery design star.
The
final winners will be announced at a glamorous and sparkling event
held at the Hilton Hotel, London in July.
The
shortlist adds to the growing list of awards for the Kent jeweller
which this year includes a Commended award at the Goldsmiths Craft &
Design Awards and a shortlist at the Kent Women in Business awards.
In the past being awarded a place on Professional Jewellers HOT 100,
finalist for the 2010 Clothes Show Young Accessory Designer of the
year, a place on IJL Kickstart stand and twice shortlisted for the
Medway design awards and winner of "Gem of a pop up shop"
with London Jewellery Week.
Sian's
literature and fairytale inspired jewellery has gained international
recognition for her enchanted collections inspired by Alice in
Wonderland, fairy woodlands, 20,000 leagues under the sea and
Arthurian legend. There is an ever growing following for her bespoke
jewellery creations which includes unique engagement and wedding
rings.
